1. Contractual Relationship

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access or use of the Amigosss application. Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. Your access and use of the App constitute your agreement to be bound by these Terms, which establish a contractual relationship between you and Manoj (the Service Provider/Founder).

2. Description of Service

Amigosss is a career hub that provides:

• AI-powered career coaching.
• Vetted job listings for students and homemakers.
• A micro-gig (Rapid Tasks) marketplace.
• Skill assessments and digital verification badges.

3. User Account Roles

• Students: Agree to undergo proctored assessments to earn badges.
• Homemakers: Agree to provide accurate details regarding skills and flexible work preferences.
• Companies: Must provide valid business documentation for verification. Companies are responsible for the legality of the jobs they post.

4. AI Coach and Accuracy Disclaimer

The “Amigo.AI” Coach is a generative AI service. It is provided for informational and educational purposes only. We do not warrant that the AI’s advice is 100% accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific legal or professional requirement. Users follow AI advice at their own risk.

5. XP (Skill Points) and Ad Revenue

• Virtual Economy: The App uses “XP” as a virtual currency to manage AI usage. XP has no real-world monetary value.
• Rewarded Ads: Users may watch video ads via AdMob to earn XP.
• Abuse Policy: Any attempt to use bots, auto-clickers, or fraudulent methods to earn XP or view ads will result in an immediate and permanent account ban.

6. Recruitment and Employment

Amigosss acts as a platform to connect talent with companies.

• We do not guarantee employment to any user.
• We are not responsible for the terms of employment, salary payments, or conduct of companies or candidates found through the App.
• “Rapid Gigs” are direct arrangements between users; Amigosss does not handle payments for these tasks and is not liable for disputes.

7. User Conduct and Prohibitions

You agree not to:

• Post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Attempt to bypass security proctoring during assessments.
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content (excluding user-provided resumes), features, logic, and dynamic logo system, are and will remain the exclusive property of Manoj and Amigosss.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Amigosss or its founder be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities, arising out of your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding related to Amigosss shall be brought exclusively in the courts of India.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on amigosss.com.
