• Profile Data: Role selection (Student, Homemaker, Company), gender, date of birth, and profile photos.
• Professional Data: Educational background, college name, department, academic year, skills, LinkedIn/GitHub URLs, and portfolio links.
• Business Data (For Companies): Company name, industry type, official website, and office location.

B. User Content (Multimedia):

• Resumes/Certificates: PDF or document files uploaded for job applications.
• Self-Intro Videos: MP4 or video files recorded and uploaded for profile verification.
• Job Posts: Content created by companies for recruitment purposes.

C. Automatically Collected Data:

• Device Information: IP address, device model, operating system, and unique device identifiers (required for AdMob and security).
• App Usage: Interaction with the AI Career Coach, Quiz Arena scores, and navigation patterns.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• Service Provision: To create and manage your account and facilitate the recruitment process.
• AI Career Coach: To process your chat messages via the Google Gemini API to provide personalized career advice.
• Skill Assessment: To proctor exams using your camera/microphone and calculate skill badges (Expert/Pro).
• Monetization: To serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements via Google AdMob.
• Communication: To send system notifications, job alerts, and inquiry emails via Brevo SMTP.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted third-party service providers:

• Google Cloud Platform: For secure hosting of files (resumes/videos) and databases.
• Google Gemini AI: To power the AI mentoring features.
• Google AdMob: To provide advertisements. They may collect device IDs for ad attribution.
• Brevo (Sendinblue): To facilitate professional email communication between companies and talent.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Users may request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated data (including resumes and videos) by:

• Using the “Delete Account” feature in the App.

5. Security of Your Data

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/HTTPS and stored in encrypted Google Cloud Storage buckets.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
